Praxis understands that insurance benefits can be complicated.
Many patients may not be fully aware of what payable benefits are available under their individual plan. We encourage all patients to check with their insurance providers to determine their benefit levels, and we make every effort to work with your insurance provider to assure your receipt of maximum benefits under your policy.
Many PPO and POS plans allow you obtain treatment at the facility of your choice. Insurance benefits vary from carrier to carrier and from policy to policy. Whether your plan is a Traditional Plan, a PPO, or a POS, in or out of network, you can receive treatment at Praxis.

Praxis Billing Services
We can assure you that all billing matters related to your account will be handled with the greatest accuracy and professionalism available. All processed insurance claims will be reviewed for accuracy.
Praxis Payment Policy
You are required to pay your co-pay, deductible, and/or any out-of pocket expenses at time of service. Typically these are approximately $20 – $50. Claims will be filed directly with your insurance carrier. Praxis accepts cash, personal checks, debit cards, VISA and MasterCard.
